Tháinig Uí Chonchúir féin chun cinn ó am go céile ón mbliain 967, go leanúnach ó 1102 go 1475. Le linn na 14ú haoise déanaí, bhí dhá phríomhchlann Uí Chonchúir ann, faoi cheannas Toirdhealbhaigh Rua agus Toirdhealbhaigh Óig (ar a glaodh fosta Toirdhealbhach Donn), seachtú nglúin ó Chathal Crobhdhearg an bheirt acu, sinsir na gclann Uí Chonchúir Rua (anois marbh) agus Uí Chonchúir Dhoinn.
Is é Desmond O'Conor (rugadh 22ú Meán Fómhair 1938) Ó Conchúir Dhoinn anois, ina chónaí i Rotherfield, East Sussex, Sasana.[2]
