Somebody with the appropriate admin rights should change the "rialaithe ag" in that template into "Foras Pleanála Teanga". "Rialaithe ag" makes little sense in the context, It means "has been ruled by", rather than "(being) regulated by". "Linguistic planning institute" says it more clearly.
