Fair use?

Is an interesting image, but I don't think FU can be claimed on this. Terms and Conditions of the State Examinations Commission are quite clear and state that we: "may not copy, modify, or distribute examination material, or publish, broadcast, transmit, or otherwise distribute any portion of this material without the express written authorisation of the State Examinations Commission." From a US perspective (where the servers live), we can possibly claim FU, but the image rez would need to be dropped. I can write and ask the SEC if you like and they may issue us some ceadúnas or other - Alison ^❤ 05:24, 4 Eanáir 2009 (UTC)
